1- Where is your shop located?
Our office is located in Al Khaleej centre, Mezzanine floor, Shop No:S137, Post Box : 242095, Bur Dubai - U.A.E

2- Can I pickup my order from your store?
Yes you can

3- How can I claim the Warranty?
Please contact us on: info@ecamcity.com and we will take care of the product. Please note that the Warranty is only valid inside UAE.
For some of the items we don’t offer warranty which we clearly mention in product details.

4- How can I claim the 7-days FREE Return Policy?
Please contact us on: info@ecamcity.com and we will request from shipping company to collect the order from you.
We will refund the total amount of the order to your bank account once we receive it (It will take 2-3 working days). Shipping fees will be deducted.

 Please note that we cannot accept return if the product original packing seal is broken as it will be non-sellable condition.
5- Do you offer Cash on Delivery services outside UAE?
No, Cash on Delivery service is only available in UAE.

6- Is my sensitive information such as credit card details secure?
ecamcity.com leaves no stone unturned when it comes to securing your sensitive information such as credit/debit card details.
ecamcity.com uses industry best encryption technology and hardware to protect your data to ensure your card information remain 100% safe all the time.

7- Do you have a shop or a store anywhere in UAE?
Yes we have an office in Bur Dubai - U.A.E where you can collect the item, however please inform us before coming so that we keep the item ready for you in the office.

8- Why have you mentioned Free Delivery in UAE but I am being charged?
Shipping inside UAE: We do offer Free delivery across UAE however, a nominal processing fee of AED29.00 will apply for delivery on orders below AED250.00
Shipping outside UAE: Standard shipping rates apply when shipping outside UAE which is calculated at the time of checkout.

9- Do you sell used or refurbished products?
No, we only deal with brand new genuine products.
